Hypnotic forest walk for new and fresh energy

A unique experience awaits you.

We walk together in the fresh air and breathe in the healing energy of the forest. You will listen to one of my hypnosis sessions (please bring your own headphones) accompanied by meditative music. During the walk we let go of stress, tension and negative thoughts and let new strength flow into us and awaken dormant energies.

We are getting ready for the dark season and drawing new energy from ourselves and from nature.

Meeting point: in front of the Hard restaurant (Rheinfelderstr. 58, 4127 Birsfelden)

Location: Hardwald and surroundings

Bring: clothes appropriate to the weather, good shoes andown headphones!

(The walk will not take place in heavy thunderstorms)
