Welcome to my evening course for meditation and creative relaxation exercises! During the 2.5 hours that take place once a month on Monday evening, I invite you to experience a beneficial journey of deceleration and relaxation.

We begin with a guided meditation to leave everyday stress behind and focus on the present moment. Through breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises, you can calm your mind and develop inner calm.

We then devote ourselves to creative exercises that promote your artistic expression and bring further relaxation. The focus is on painting, drawing, gluing, stamping or other creative activities. These exercises not only help you relax, but also stimulate your imagination and express your inner feelings.

This course takes place once a month. Regular participation allows you to take full advantage of the benefits of meditation and creative relaxation and to develop a long-term feeling of inner peace and serenity.

Regardless of whether you already have experience with meditation or are completely new to this area, this course is suitable for anyone who longs for a moment of deceleration and creative development. You have the opportunity to learn new techniques and network with like-minded people in a supportive and mindful environment.
