Hypnotic forest walk for new and fresh energy
A unique experience awaits you.
We walk together in the fresh air and breathe in the healing energy of the forest. You will hear one of my hypnosis sessions (please bring your own headphones) accompanied by meditative music. During the walk we let go of stress, tension and negative thoughts and allow new strength to flow within us and awaken slumbering energies.
We get ready for spring and draw new energy from ourselves and from the forest.
